  2.         This is a directory containing a copy of the IPC
  3.         library module (ppipc.library), which you should
  4.         install in LIBS: for running IPC (see Install_Library),
  5.         and the linkage routine module for Lattice (IPC.lib).
  6.         [I believe that the latter will work with any revision
  7.         of Lattice C, but for version 4.0 or later, it is
  8.         preferable to include IPC_proto.h in your source
  9.         (to make the linkages directly).]
